Best Time to Use

  • Use at night before bedtime for best results.
  • Night use helps prevent leakage and gives the suppository time to fully dissolve.
  • Once received, put the suppositories in the fridge to firm for at least two hours before using.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
  2. Remove one suppository bullet from the packaging.
  3. While lying on your back with knees bent (or standing with one leg raised), gently insert one suppository intravaginally using your finger until it is comfortably inside.
  4. Wear a pantyliner to protect your underwear and bedding, as cocoa butter may leave residue once it melts.

Recommended Regimen

  • Use one suppository nightly for 5 nights in a row (there are 10 suppositories per jar).
  • For ongoing support, your healthcare provider may suggest repeating the regimen as needed.

Storage

  • Keep suppositories in the refrigerator or freezer.

Our suppositories are made with freeze-dried probiotics that only activate when they contact water. During manufacturing we melt ingredients together, and melting in transit does not affect quality.

In Summer 2024, we ran a small consumer study: five customers across the USA received suppositories by regular mail along with two microbiome tests. All suppositories melted in transit — yet the results were outstanding.

Suppositories: fast relief. Pills: wait a week or more.

Probiotic suppositories: act right away.

Oral probiotics: take 7–10 days to reach your vagina in meaningful amounts.

Wash your hands, take the suppository out of the protective shell, insert inside of the vagina as far as you can and go to bed :) Use a pantyliner since the bullet will melt relatively quick and you want to catch all that extra cocoa butter.

These suppositories are not meant to treat an active infection. Use them in cycles (five nights in the row) or when needed (one at a time) right before or after the periods to support healthy flora. If you no longer have periods, choose the schedule that helps you achieve the best results.

Probiotics that really work!

These work so well to rebalance my pH around my period or after sex. I am in treatment for chronic UTI, and using these along with the Wash has made a noticeable difference. No odor! I always wear a liner when I put one in overnight and am good by the next morning.

Great combination of probiotics and HA

I've been using HA suppositories since entering surgical menopause last year. The brand I use is mostly HA, and does a great job at keeping my parts hydrated despite the havoc wrecked on my body by sudden estrogen loss. I was a little worried trying something new because I really rely on the HA to feel normal, but I loved that these also contain probiotics so I decided to give them a try, and I'm really glad I did! I feel like I'm getting double the benefits because of the probiotics, and the HA it contains is enough to keep me hydrated. I do use them in conjunction with my other brand, but my HA needs are also a lot higher than most women. I would say I used these most days and use the other brand weekly for added hydration.

Worth trying

I tried these suppositories for their probiotics and hyaluronic acid after a tough round of antibiotics that messed with my natural balance. Application was as expected, and I felt more comfortable and balanced afterward, though nothing dramatic. I was worried about sensitivity but had no irritation at all. While I can’t say for sure how effective they were, the ingredients have good reputations, so it seemed worth trying.

Felt More Balanced

Decided to give these a shot since the ingredient combo seemed pretty thought-out – you know, the probiotics and hyaluronic acid. Application is what you'd expect for a suppository. For an alteration in your normal flora, this is worth trying

After 2 rounds of heavy duty broad spectrum antibiotics, I was lucky not to have a candida overgrowth, but my normal flora was clearly out of whack.I was a little concerned about possible sensitivity to these suppositories but needn't have worried. Were they effective? I can't say definitively, but I think so. Since there was no irritation, and the ingredients individually each have a proven track record, there was no harm in trying.BTW, since this needs to be refrigerated after opening - and I live in a house filled with males - I put the bottle in a another container that wouldn't attract prying eyes.

Works great for me!

The suppository is good. If pee right after insert there's some irritation but nothing to write home about, for sure. Really good from the 1st use. Have only used 2 but will definitely order again when done.
