ZEROTABOOS® Microbiome Test Giveaway — Official Terms and Disclosures

1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Zero Taboos LLC are not eligible.

2. Entry Period and Method

Entries are accepted during the promotional period stated in the ad or post. Participants must follow all stated instructions (e.g., clicking a link, completing a form, or commenting) to qualify. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries are void.

3. Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be chosen by random drawing from eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of valid entries received. Selected entrants will be notified within 30 days via the contact method submitted. If a selected entrant cannot be reached or fails eligibility verification, or declines signing agreements (eligibility, publicity, and research consent) within 5 business days, an alternate may be selected.

4. Prize

Each winner will receive one (1) microbiome test kit and related Zero Taboos sample products. Approximate retail value ≤ $350. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to substitution at sponsor’s discretion.

5. Health Disclaimer

The microbiome test is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not replace professional medical advice.

6. Data Use and Consent

By entering, you consent to collection and processing of your contact information for purposes of administering the giveaway and communicating results. If selected, you agree to sign additional forms (eligibility, publicity, and research consent). You also agree that your de-identified or anonymized data may be used for internal analytics, marketing, or educational content. Personal identifiers will not be published without.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winner(s) grant Zero Taboos LLC permission to use first name, city/state, anonymized test result data, and testimonial content for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if technical or other factors compromise its integrity. Entries that violate rules or automated bulk submissions are void. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Zero Taboos LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, Facebook, and their affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of participation or prize use. Meta Platforms Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, or endorser of this promotion.
